Return & Refund Policy

Polo Creation

At Polo Creation, all products are manufactured and supplied as per confirmed bulk and business orders. Due to the nature of our manufacturing process and wholesale pricing, all sales are final.

Non-Returnable Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and processed. Our products are strictly non-returnable as they are manufactured specifically for our clients.

Exceptions (Only in Case of Defect or Damage)

Returns may only be considered under the following conditions:

• The product received is physically damaged.
• There is a verified manufacturing defect.
• The wrong item was delivered (not as per confirmed order).

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with proper photos and order details for verification. Claims raised after this period will not be accepted.

Refund Eligibility

If a claim is approved after inspection:

• We may offer a replacement of the product, or
• Provide a partial/full refund at our discretion.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or mutually agreed mode.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. As we deal in made-to-order and bulk manufacturing, cancellations are not permitted after confirmation.

Important Note

Minor variations in color, fabric texture, stitching, or finishing may occur due to batch production and are not considered defects. These do not qualify for return or refund.
