5. Returns & Exchanges

As we primarily deal in wholesale and made-to-order products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or prior written agreement. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Product Variations

Slight variations in color, fabric texture, or finishing may occur due to photography, lighting, or batch production. These are not considered defects.
